FAAC Technical Assistance Portal
The Portal is reserved for installers and provides a practical and efficient solution to all your needs. From rapid, personalized support to training courses and access to manuals, it's easy to register on the portal or log in to get all the information and assistance you need, just a click away.

FAAC Service Centers (CSAs) are qualified companies, selected, trained, and certified by FAAC to offer maintenance and repair services on a wide range of products, both under and out of warranty.

The CSAs are certified to repair all FAAC products. They also provide automation consulting, spare parts supply, and replacement or reconditioned operators. They can also perform activities such as:
Small Startup: This involves programming the automation system and performing a general wiring check;
Safety Startup: This activity, in compliance with current regulations, allows for testing of properly installed automation systems using appropriate equipment to ensure accurate control of impact forces. This test is necessary to properly prepare the system logbook, which will include the complete analysis and related graphs.
