Comelit Fire provides a comprehensive range of fire detection and evacuation systems that focus on "life safety" for both commercial and residential buildings.

Their offering is built to integrate seamlessly with their other security pillars (intercoms and CCTV) and is centred around the LogiFire and Atena brands.

The range is designed for scalability, from small shops using "conventional" systems to hospitals and shopping centres using high-end "addressable" or hybrid wireless systems and networks.

    Addressable Systems (The LogiFire Range)

The LogiFire series is Comelit’s flagship addressable range. "Addressable" means that the control panel knows the exact location of every single detector in the building.

Control Panels: These are the "brains" of the system, featuring a 7-inch color touchscreen for easy management. They are modular and can be expanded from 2 loops up to 8 loops, supporting up to 2,000 devices per panel.

Networkability: You can link up to 64 panels together, making it capable of protecting massive campuses or high-rise buildings.

Backward Compatibility: LogiFire panels are designed to work with older Comelit devices, allowing for cost-effective system upgrades.

    Conventional Systems (Atena & Eracle)
For smaller projects like standalone stores or small office units, Comelit offers "Conventional" systems.

These divide a building into Zones (e.g., Zone 1 is the Ground Floor). While they won't tell you the exact room where a fire started, they are much simpler and cheaper to install.

    Specialised Detection Technology
Comelit offers more than just standard smoke detectors. They provide tools for difficult environments:

Wireless Fire Detection: Ideal for historic buildings or places where you cannot run cables. These devices have a range of up to 1,500 meters and a battery life of up to 10 years.

ASD (Aspirating Smoke Detection): These systems "sniff" the air through a network of pipes. They are used in data centers or high-ceiling warehouses where standard detectors would be too slow or hard to reach.

Gas & CO Detection: Integrated sensors that detect explosive gases or Carbon Monoxide.

    EVAC (Voice Evacuation)
In an emergency, studies show people react faster to a voice than a siren.

Logivox: Comelit’s voice evacuation system. Instead of a loud "beep," it plays clear, pre-recorded voice instructions to guide people safely out of the building.

It can manage "phased evacuation," where people closest to the fire are evacuated first to prevent crushed exits.

    The "MyComelit" Cloud & App
Comelit Fire systems are fully connected.

For Managers: You can see the status of all your fire panels across multiple buildings in a single web portal.

Real-Time Alerts: If a detector gets dirty or a battery gets low, the system sends a push notification or email to the maintenance team before it causes a false alarm.

Intercom Integration: If a fire starts, a pop-up alert can appear on every resident's Comelit Video Intercom monitor in the building, providing a secondary visual warning.

Comelit Fire is best for users who want a design-led, integrated safety system where fire, intercom, and CCTV all "talk" to each other on the same network while offering the latest innovations in fire detection technology.
