Our dedicated support site is reserved for professional installers and provides practical, efficient solutions for all your needs — from fast, personalised support to training courses and manual consultation.

Our technical support team are available by calling 071 9663893 / 01 4699115. This support service is reserved for professional and registered installers and specialists only.
End users should consult their local FAAC Professional for support with their FAAC product. For architects or specifiers please feel free to contact our team to discuss any FAAC solution or if specification support is needed.
The service is available Monday to Thursday, from 9:00AM to 5:30 PM and on Friday from 9:00PM to 4:30PM.

SYSTEM & STANDARDS TRAINING
We regularly hold system training courses designed for Installers starting out in the industry or those who wish to polish their skills.
These courses cover the entirety of our FAAC product portfolio as well as some of our partner manufacturers. We also regularly hold standards training in conjunction with our partners from the DHF.

In addition to real-time assistance, our team can manage on-site service requests and training course bookings.
