Certified Service Assistance Centres (CSAs) are authorised to perform repairs on the entire range of FAAC products. In addition, they provide automation consulting, spare parts supply, and the provision of replacement or refurbished operators.
CSAs can also carry out specialised services such as:

Start-up Small
This includes programming the automation system and performing a general wiring check. -
Start-up Safety
A service aligned with current safety regulations, involving impact force testing on a correctly installed automation system using certified measuring instruments.
These tests are essential for the proper drafting of the installation logbook, to which the full analysis and force graphs are attached.
